RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

All items purchased through our e-commerce website are non-refundable, except in cases where the goods received are damaged or faulty. We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable goods such as liquids, powders, or paper.

EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WARRANTY

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a specified period of time, as stated. It does not cover normal wear and tear. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REQUESTS AND COMPLAINTS

All complaints or requests must be made within 7 days after receiving your product. We will require a receipt or proof of purchase, along with a clear photo of the damaged or faulty item, to process your request. We will not entertain any requests made after the 7-day period.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

EXCHANGES

SHIPPING

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
