DELIVERY POLICY

At K-hubs, we want to ensure that our customers receive their orders as soon as possible. Our delivery policy is as follows:

DELIVERY TIME FRAME

• For orders within West Malaysia, we aim to deliver your order within 2-3 working days after the order has been placed.

• For orders within East Malaysia, we aim to deliver your order within 3-7 working days after the order has been placed.

Please note that the delivery timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays. Our business hours are from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6pm, any orders made on the weekends or public holidays, will only be processed the next working day.

Cut-off time for next day delivery is at 12noon. Orders made after that will be processed for the next working day.

DELIVERY PROVIDER

All deliveries are done via third party providers to ensure the best possible service for our customers. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure that your order is delivered safely and securely.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

We understand that accidents can happen during delivery. That's why we provide insurance coverage for all orders to give you peace of mind. In the unlikely event that your order is lost or damaged during delivery, we will work with our delivery partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
