Sales Assistant / Sales Representative
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant / Sales Representative to support our sales operations in the coffee equipment and food services sector. This role involves assisting customers, supporting the sales team, managing enquiries, and helping drive business growth across cafés, restaurants, and commercial clients.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has an interest in coffee or food service equipment, and is comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with enquiries related to coffee machines, grinders, accessories, and food service products
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and support new client acquisition
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Attend product demonstrations, showroom visits, events, or exhibitions when required
- Update sales records, customer information, and basic reporting
- Handle basic after-sales support and customer coordination
- Ensure product information is communicated clearly and accurately
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, food service, or hospitality (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in coffee, café culture, or food service equipment is a plus
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
- Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Digital Marketing Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our day-to-day digital presence across all social media platforms. This role focuses on content execution, lead management, basic performance tracking, and supporting growth initiatives.
You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and media teams to ensure content is consistent, timely, and aligned with brand objectives—while helping turn online engagement into real business leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS, etc.)
- Handle daily content posting, scheduling, captions, and basic community management
- Monitor and respond to enquiries, DMs, and comments; support lead handling and routing
- Track leads from social platforms and coordinate with the sales or marketing team
- Assist in executing content calendars, campaigns, and promotions
- Work closely with the marketing and media team on visuals, videos, and messaging
- Monitor basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, enquiries) and report insights
- Support digital campaigns, ads coordination, and event-related content when required
- Ensure brand tone, visuals, and messaging remain consistent across platforms
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
(Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome to apply) - Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
- Good writing skills and understanding of content tone and audience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily tasks consistently
- Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and sales teams
- Interest in coffee, food service, or lifestyle brands is a plus
